Jennifer is a 25-year veteran of the dental industry. She began her career as a registered dental assistant and has flourished in the last 12 years as a practice manager. She is passionate about providing quality patient care while accommodating her patients with the best interaction possible. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time camping with her family and gardening.

Jenn completed a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Sonoma State University. She joined our office in September 2004, and loves that we are a single-dentist boutique private practice versus a corporate environment. Jenn enjoys helping people achieve oral health, and is passionate about patient education and helping our patients understand their oral health and treatment options. Jenn is married and has two children. Most of her time is spent with her children and attending their sporting events. She also enjoys being outdoors and exploring new places.

Natalie attended Northern Arizona University, graduating in 2020. She joined our team in 2018 as an assistant before becoming a full-time hygienist in 2020. Natalie has worked closely with several communities, including veterans, children and Native American tribes. She loves working as a team to provide our patients with care, offer oral hygiene aids and assist in the overall efficiency of everyday tasks. Natalie is excited to be implementing new technology to help our patients be more involved in their oral health journeys. Outside the office, Natalie is currently renovating a house that she just purchased with her husband, and she loves taking her rescue dog to the beach.

Jackie graduated from a great program in the R.O.P. center in Santa Ana in 1997. She joined our team in March 2018, prior to Dr. Donoghue’s ownership. She loves being part of a small but mighty team that works closely together to care for our patients and make our office successful, and assists not only our doctor but also her coworkers to help keep our practice running smoothly. Jackie enjoys the opportunity to help people overcome dental fears and insecurities, and find great satisfaction in helping her patients get their smiles back. When not in the office, she enjoys art, music, cooking, baking, and being outdoors on the beach or in nature.
